The Umami One: Pickled Mushrooms is a Miam Jars bestseller!
Each 180g jar is packed by hand with fresh shiitake, enoki and oyster mushrooms and finished with a pickling liquour made from tamari (gluten-free soya sauce), ginger, garlic and a touch of chilli. So much more intense than a regular mushroom, these are absolutely bursting with flavour in every mouthful!
They are ready to eat straight from the jar, can be added to antipasti platters, or used as a topping on rice bowls, noodles and salads. We also love cooking with them, simply substitute a few where you would ususally use fresh mushrooms in recipes for an extra flavour hit, or try the pickling liquor as a marinade, stir fry or dipping sauce.

How do I store the pickled mushrooms?
This is an ambient product and prefers a cool, dark shelf. Once opened, store below 5C in the fridge and consume within 1 month (if they last that long!).
What's the minimum shelf-life I'll receive?
The minimum shelf life we sell our products with is one month, though the average on dispatch is 3-4 months. If you have a specific shelf-life requirement include a note in your order and we'll do our best to meet this.
